Audited the whole site for hardcoded http:// links — found none, everything already points to https://. Added explicit redirects forcing http and www traffic to the canonical https://pexivaworkforce.com, plus an HSTS header on every response. Note: if a browser still shows a "not secure" warning after this, it's most likely the domain's TLS certificate provisioning in the Netlify dashboard, not something fixable from the site's code.

The homepage's "Trusted by teams at" section used fake client names (Northbridge Capital, Verdant Health Systems, and others) with a "sample names shown for layout" disclaimer. Removed the whole section rather than leaving placeholder logos live.

The site-wide top banner now reads "Pexiva Workforce - A Global Staffing Solutions Company" instead of "PEXIVA — A Global Staffing Solutions Company" — spelled-out "Pexiva Workforce" in place of the all-caps short name, and a plain hyphen in place of the em dash.

Version label updated site-wide from v1 to v2 — the build stamp in every page head, the footer version badge, the CSS/JS cache-busting token on every stylesheet and script reference, and the service-worker cache name, so returning visitors pick up the change cleanly instead of serving a stale cached copy. No content, layout, or functional changes in this release.

Feedback: too much text, not enough visual storytelling. Found that Capabilities, For Employers, Industries, and For Job Seekers — four of the highest-traffic hub pages — had zero content photography, just the header/footer logo. Added a real photo to each from the site's own asset library (Industries gets a 3-photo strip since it spans the widest range of work). On the About page specifically, tightened the five long-form story sections and their closing paragraph — cut from 1,678 words to about 1,250 without dropping any of the actual points, converting multi-sentence paragraphs into shorter, more direct ones.

Replaced the logo (light and dark variants, used on all 52 pages) and every dark section background site-wide — hero, footer, motto bar, final CTA, and more — with PEXIVA's current Navy→Azure gradient, matching pexivatechnologies.com. Also fixed the browser-tab favicon and app icons, which were still a generic unrelated placeholder. Separately: found and fixed a real layout bug on the About page, where the stats band (5 markets, 14 industries, etc.) was rendering as a stacked, awkward list instead of the intended 4-column row — the HTML had a container nested in the wrong order relative to the CSS grid rule. Added a supporting photo partway through the page's long-form story to break up the text, and removed a placeholder "sample" certification badge and its "swap this out" disclaimer that had been left visible on the live page.

Added this page and the small version badge in the footer, so you can always see and check what's live without digging through page source. Also found and fixed real dead links during the sweep: the "For Job Seekers" nav item now leads to a real hub page (it 404'd before), and the Privacy Policy / Terms of Use footer links now go to real pages instead of a 404 and an empty file.

The consent checkbox on the job-application and resume forms had a large visual gap between the checkbox and its label. Fixed sitewide.

Recruiters can now create, edit, and hide job postings through a secured admin panel. The public jobs page reads live from those postings, and each role has its own apply page with resume upload (PDF, DOC, or DOCX).

Removed the sample "What clients say" section from the homepage, to be replaced with real client testimonials later.

Added a global-positioning banner, refreshed titles and footer branding sitewide, and added trust-building sections to the homepage and About page (clearly marked as placeholder until real client data and certifications are available).

Redesigned the Industries mega-menu as a clean 3-column layout, with a matching icon for every industry — previously only 6 of 14 had one.

Built a new ANZ regions page, added it to the Regions menu, and updated the recurring "USA, UAE, Europe & India" mentions sitewide to include it.
