Contract-to-hire lets you evaluate a professional in the actual role — your systems, your pace, your team — before extending a permanent offer. It removes the two most expensive hiring risks: a strong interviewer who underperforms on the job, and a strong performer who leaves because the fit was never tested.
The contractor works on our payroll for an agreed evaluation period, typically three to six months. Convert at any point under pre-agreed terms — the conversion schedule is in the contract from day one, so there is no renegotiation and no surprise fee at the moment you least want friction.
